By buying from Trademarque Models you accept these terms and conditions.

Payment - General - Trademarque Models only accepts payment in Pounds Sterling GBP. No goods will be shipped until funds have cleared. In the event of a cheque being returned due to lack of funds, any charges incured by Trademarque Models will be charged to the buyer.

Shipping - Our aim is to ship all items within 72hrs of payment being cleared, however due to our attendance at events throughout the year there will be occasions where this is not acheivable. All items are despatched via the Royal Mail, Parcel Force, DHL & Fedex. Trademarque Models are not responsible for non-achievement of delivery times.

Packaging - All items are packed to a high standard appropriate to the item being packed and item destination.

Compensation & Insurance - All items are covered by the standard carrier's compensation scheme, the amount being determined by what service used and the level of compensation in force at time of shipping. In the unlikely event of your items being damaged or lost in transit, the difference between item(s) value and level of insurance/compensation chosen will be at buyers risk. Shipping and Packaging charges are not covered by Compensation and Insurance.

Condition of goods - Unless otherwise stated all goods sold by Trademarque Models are new as supplied by the manufacturer or manufacturers wholesaler. Trademarque models are not responsible for faults/blemishes that are the result of manufacturing processes.

Stock availability - All items are physically held in stock by Trademarque Models and are available for immediate despatch. However due to our attendance at Events and Toy Fairs at weekends throughout the year some items might become unavailabe although our website will still be showing them as available, in the event that stock is not available the customer will be notified and given the option of waiting for the ordered item(s) to become available or cancelling their order. Pre-release's will be listed allowing customers to pre-order future releases, it will be clearly stated in the listing that stock will not be available until released by the manufacturer/wholesaler.

Returns & Refunds - In the event that the purchased goods arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect item supplied and buyer wishes to return their purchase, contact and agreement should be made with Trademarque Models and the item must be returned within 14 days of purchase. On receipt of the item at Trademarque Models premises and after examination and agreement with the buyer a replacement/refund will be given, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. In cases where it is deemed that the item returned is not the same item as purchased or it has been used or abused, no refund will be given. Trademarque Models will only refund/pay postage costs when the wrong item has been supplied and in other exceptional circumstances otherwise the buyer will be responsible for all Postage costs.

Delivery addresses - Trademarque Models will not be held responsible for charges incured due to wrong or incomplete addresses being supplied by the buyer or the Post Office being unable to obtain a signature (where required) resulting in items becoming undeliverable. The buyer will be informed of undeliverable items that are returned to Trademarque Models, they will remain the property of the buyer and the buyer will be responsible for any re-delivery costs. After 72hrs and in the absence of any instructions from the buyer, items held on behalf of the buyer will attract storage charges based on volumetric weight which the buyer will be liable for. When the buyer pays through Paypal Trademarque Models will only ship to the address supplied by Paypal.

Ownership of Goods - Trademarque Models will retain ownership of all goods until payment funds have cleared, at which time ownership will pass to the buyer.
